The breadth of my 14 year professional career has been defined by building strong community relationships. Building good rapport with local businesses and individuals is the cornerstone of good banking, that trust is what makes people entrust you with their life savings, their nest eggs, even their children’s college funds. I have approached this role of serving my community with the utmost care and responsibility. Outside of my banking career, I have been blessed to serve my community as a Board Member at the Saint Abanoub Coptic Orthodox Church in Norco and a Board Member at the United Way of Corona, Norco, Eastvale, steering these non-profit organizations towards financial security every step of the way.
I began my career at Wells Fargo as a lobby greeter, a bank teller, forging my path towards becoming a community banking Branch Manager at several branches throughout the Inland Empire, and then eventually becoming a VP District Manager. Regardless of the role, each position played its part in building up my personal and professional character. After working within the same banking framework for over a decade, I decided it was time for me to pursue a lifelong desire of my own. The intention of Lansing Enterprise was to carry over many of the same strengths that determined my success at Wells Fargo and using these aptitudes to take on a new, exciting venture.
Lansing Enterprise is the premier distributor for Bon Appetit pastries throughout the Inland Empire, servicing Chevron Corporate, Mobil, Circle K, 76, University of California Riverside, Norco Community College, and Flying J Pilot Truck stop. I know pastries are a far cry from banking, but I wanted a venture that was more lighthearted. At Wells Fargo, I managed over 115 retail banking professionals so I understand the retail business inside and out. Feeling confident in my expertise when it comes to financial management and the retail sector, I decided to pursue a business that would allow me to showcase my creativity and develop an engaging brand identity. My strengths in community outreach have enabled me to build a stellar roster of clientele thus far.
Because my banking approach was rooted in strong relationships, I still prioritize strong personal relationships with my business owners at Lansing Enterprise. I want us to grow together, I want you to feel that I am fully invested in your business’ success. My first priority is always gaining your trust by providing exceptional customer service. I implement hard data and metrics to analyze retail stores, pinpointing exactly where there is room for more growth. This is the Lansing way: a personal touch delivered with outstanding professionalism. I humbly welcome your business into the fold so you can experience the difference for yourself.
